VERY BERRY FRUIT SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt
½ cup orange juice
2 cups berries (can use fresh or frozen)
1 banana
2 Tbsp. Very Berry Dip & Dessert Mix
1 scoop of your favourite protein powder (optional)

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

This smoothie is perfect for breakfast on the go, a post-workout boost, or a refreshing afternoon snack. (Serves 2-3)
